About
Liz Mason of Quimby's Bookstore devotes half of this issue of Caboose detailing her tribulations with an unidentified physical ailment and her chronic insomnia. She turns to many sources: an allergist, a sleep doctor, an acupuncturist, a neurologist, and a psychiatrist. After her MRI, Liz finally is diagnosed with fibromyalgia. The other half of the issue is more lighthearted as she explains her favorite pastimes, including karaoke, a trip to Medieval Times with her husband, exercising to dance video work-outs, and a go-go dance competition.
