경술국치 이후 행정체제가 달라지자 구지舊誌를 바탕으로 새로 편찬한 경산군의 군지이다. 행정군연혁ㆍ산천ㆍ군명 등부터 정재각亭齋閣ㆍ비문 및 갈명碣銘까지 기록하고 있다. 구군제舊郡制 및 현군세現郡勢 등을 소개하고 있으며, 권3에는 보유補遺가 실려 있고, 권4는 성씨 및 거주를 소개하고 있다. 1933년 서상효徐相孝ㆍ최준석崔駿錫의 서문과 이종현李鍾鉉의 발문이 있다.
