A Veces Riendo

This literary work combines prose and poetry to narrate the love story of the two main characters, *Fernando* and *Ilusión*, which begins in 1950 while they were students living in Paris and spans for the rest of their lives, some forty years. He's from Spain and becomes a journalist and she's from Venezuela and becomes a sculptor. Their passionate relationship takes them through marriage, a painful yet inevitable separation years later, and an unexpected and emotional reencounter almost a the end of their lives. The book includes many poems written by Fernando or Ilusión addressed to one another. As of February 2011, the book has not been translated to English.
