Paperback book glued together on the spine The front cover has full page image of the "Astor Column Atop Coxcomb Hill." The word "Astoria" is in yellow ink, and "Telephone Directory" is in white ink. The other words are in dark maroon, because the sky around the Column is maroon in color. "Pacific Telephone, January 1957" is written at the bottom of the front cover in white ink. The name "Stine" is written in ink in the upper right corner. 1" from the bottom edge is a yellow ribbon with these words inside it: "See The Classified In This Directory; Its Yellow Pages Tell You Where To Find It." In the center of the yellow ribbon is an illustration of an open book that says "Yellow Pages" inside it. The back cover is also mostly maroon, with yellow and white accents. These illustrations are maroon and yellow. There is an illustration of an open book in the center of the yellow ribbon that says: "Yellow Pages."
