It's Christmas but 13-year-old Raquel doesn't feel like celebrating. Her dad has just left and her family has moved yet again, forcing her to start a new school in the middle of the year. When Gabe, the cutest guy in school, asks her out Raquel can't turn him down. But now she finds herself doing whatever it takes to stay thin.... But back on earth she's caught up in a battle in which she must use the Book of Light like a sword....
