W. Beyerlin, the editor, selected all texts and commentaries. He added references to points of comparison to the O.T. The book was translated and published in English. There are 15 illustrations throughout the book, and five plates; also a list of abbreviations. The introduction covers items like the discovery of the texts, and their collection, followed by a history and description of their analysis.
