The logic appears simple. The Danes are happy. The Danes engage in hygge. Therefore hygge makes them happy. If we 'do' hygge then we'll also be happy. However the Danes also happen to have one of the highest rates of mental illness in Europe. WTF?
This book will tell you all you need to know about hygge. But, If you're looking for a hygge self-help book, this book will be no help at all.
If you have no concept of what a candle is and are looking for a candle user guide, then you've come to the wrong place. That said, Hygge. Huh? still manages to pack in an impressive 26 separate mentions of the word ‘candle’. It's an absolute must for the candle fan in your household!
