About
Truman Dixon Palmer was born 28 January 1823 in Franklin County, New York. His parents were Isaac Palmer (1781-1863) and Mary Haskell (1788-1859). He married Emma Calista Barrett (1828-1902), 11 September 1845 in Ohio. They had twelve children. They migrated to California in 1859 and settled in San Pablo. Truman died in 1894. Ancestors, descendants and relatives lived mainly in England, New Hampshire, New York, Ohio and California.
