First published in 1983, this book is being re-released because today, as then, there is widespread concern about preventing the sexual abuse of children. There has been much publicity about adults using positions of trust and power to facilitate the abuse of children in this way. Each centres around a common example of abuse to help children discriminate about who they can trust, how to avoid potentially abusive situations and how to tell an adult about abuse that may have already occurred.
