This book is a collection of works drawn in a pointillist style which is composed by 2 sections. One is copperplate prints (10 works), and the other is pen paintings (14 works).
In pointillism, everything, including shades or depth, is expressed only by the differences in the density of the small dots. By using colored ink as well as black ink, I am now attempting to gain a richer sense of expression.
I am publishing this book because I really love drawing pictures in a pointillist style, and also because I would really love you to find them interesting and powerful and I hope you can realize pointillism’s potential.
I would be pleased if you could find this through my works.
