Part I discusses the various aspects of commodity trade and the development, goals, and assumptions of the Integrated Programme for Commodities. Part II provides a detailed discussion of the Integrated Programme in six chapters. These chapters provide detailed discussions on numerous topics including international stocking operations, the common fund, multilateral commitments, compensatory finance, and diversification. The author closes his book by providing conclusions and recommendations based on his research.
