La isla sustentable

The book La isla sustentableʺ (The sustainable island) in reality it is the reflection of a horizontal condominium that exists in the new real estate developments of the municipality of Calimaya, Estado de México, which has been abandoned by the real estate company that marketed the subdivision, as well as by the H. Ayuntamien to (Town Hall) to which it belongs. The response of the neighbors has been to have a sustainable and sustainable horizontal condominium. How to have quality of life in a horizontal condominium, which does not have to depend on municipal services?. Everyday examples are used, without delving beyond definitions, concepts and ideas and illustrated with photographs and drawings, whose authorship belongs to Ricardo Victoria León, co-author of the text. At the end of this work, terms of reference are offered, that is, a glossary with most of the specific expressions found throughout the topics exposed.
