More than thirty years later, there is now 'Universus', the book accompanying the exhibition of the same name in Oudenaarde, named after the image that has been there for twenty years. That is also the time frame that 'Universus' covers, because more than a catalog it is also the story of the evolution in Tahon's sculpture, of his place in art history and of the objects he collects. Dat is ook het tijdsbestek dat 'Universus' beslaat, want meer nog dan een catalogus is het ook het verhaal van de evolutie in Tahons beeldhouwkunst, van zijn plek in de kunstgeschiedenis én van de objecten die hij verzamelt.
