"Cumulation of Punishments for Multiple Offenses". This practically oriented book will be a useful companion to the Bulgarian judicial authorities in their day-to-day work. Concerning some controversial issues, the author has expressed his own personal opinions which may not necessarily be definitive but are always supported by thorough-going analysis and have relevance to current practices governed by the principles of law and justice. He points to the lack of precision of Bulgarian penal laws, particularly the Penal Code, in using some terms. He has used earlier material written by him which appeared in various publications, mainly the Teza magazine of the Bulgarian Prosecutors' Association.
