박종여(朴宗輿, 1766-1803)의 유고이다. 본관은 반남이고 자는 원득元得이며 윤원胤源의 아들이다. 음보로 강릉참봉을 제수하고 한성부주부ㆍ고양군수ㆍ사옹원첨정ㆍ서흥부사 등을 지냈다. 권1 시 79편, 권2 서書 40편, 권3 서書 36편, 권4 명銘 1편ㆍ상량문 1편ㆍ기우문祈雨文 5편ㆍ제문 5편ㆍ고문告文 2편ㆍ잡저 1편[中庸記疑], 권5 언행록, 권6 유사 1편ㆍ행적 1편ㆍ광지壙誌 1편, 권7 부록[祭文ㆍ哀辭ㆍ言行錄ㆍ墓誌銘ㆍ墓碣銘] 등이 실려 있다. 1869년(고종 5) 조병덕趙秉德의 서문이 있다.
