The individual authors are listed on the title page, with only 'From the Editors of Electronic Games,' mentioned on the cover. The book was originally published in the USA, as ISBN: 0440170583 and cost $2.95, it was later published in the U.K. ISBN: 0140066020 for £1.50, and $4.95 for Australia.
