Francine Marrs

Francine Marrs was born in Feburary of 1941 in Peoria Illinois. Her parents were music instructors Walter E Marrs and Florence Dubois, she had a younger sister Carol Marrs. Soon after WWII her parents were divorced and she was raised by her Mother. Franny was an extremley brillant child and it was noted early in life that she would do much for this world. She entered high School by way of the convent, The Sister of the Immaculate Conception in Peoria Illinois. Upon graduating she did not take final vows and went on to St Francis Medical University where earned her R.N Degree, she later ear
