Jean d’Aillon,(Jean-Louis Roos) born in 1948, lives in Aix-en-Provence. A state doctorate in economics, he spent much of his career at the university teaching in economic history and macroeconomics, then in finance administration. Responsible for several years of research projects in economics, statistics and artificial intelligence within the European Commission, he resigned from the finance administration in 2007 to devote himself to writing.
