Dave Pedneau

September 28, 1947 – December 12, 1990

David Elliott Pedneau was a reporter and columnist. He was also a magistrate judge for Mercer County, West Virginia (1977-1981). He spent the last years of his life writing mystery and horror novels and playing music with local bands.
