Gib Akin

Gib Akin is a writer on business and management, and professor emeritus at the McIntyre School of Business of the University of Virginia. Topics he has addressed in his writings include organizational change, group dynamics, and Journal of Management Inquiry "the meaning of work in the postmodern condition." Akin holds a BA from Shimer College (where he enrolled through the school's unique program of early entrance to college), and a Ph.D. from UCLA.
