George Forster

17?? – 1792

George Forster was an English traveller, in the service of the East India company. in 1782 undertook an overland journey from India to Russia. After travelling through Russia he arrived in England in 1784, and again to Calcutta, in 1785. He died in Nagpoor in 1792.
