Karlo Knežević

Karlo Knežević is a Croatian computer scientist, software engineer, and technical author. He holds a PhD in computer science from the University of Zagreb Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing. His work and interests include artificial intelligence, machine learning, evolutionary computation, cryptography, programming languages, compiler construction, and computer science education. He is the author of *Building a C-Subset Compiler for the FRISC Architecture: From Formal Languages to Executable Code*, a monograph on building a complete compiler for a deterministic subset of C targeting the FRISC educational instruction-set architecture.
