Ronn Kaiser

Ronn Kaiser was born in Kansas and grew up in California. He has an A.B. and J.D. from the University of California at Berkeley and an M.A. from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy. He served as an intelligence officer in Vietnam and has worked for the U.S. Congress as an international law specialist, and the United Nations where I have served on the staff of the director general of a specialized agency in Geneva, Switzerland.
